My droid razr m suddenly developed a high pitched buzz while ringing and when callers are speaking. It doesn't buzz while on speaker. Any one have same problem or a solution to it?

My droid razr m has developed a high pitched buzz while ringing and when callers are speaking. It does not buzz when on speaker. Anyone have this problem or a solution to it?

Teakman lets make sure your device is clear as a whistle! There is not a known audio issue with the Droid Razr M so it appears this may be an hardware defect with the device. To make certain that's not an internal issue, I would recommend completing a Hard Reset http://vz.to/1kEchad .
