My droid turbo 2 has started losing battery percentage while its charging on the Turbo Charger.

my droid turbo 2, which is my second replacement for various issues, has stopped charging on the Turbo charger. I plug it in, it says its charging gets to a certain percentage, different every time, the it starts losing percentage while its still plugged in. I loved my first droid turbo and was so excited when I upgraded to the turbo 2, now I cant wait to get rid of it.

Anyone else having this issue?
