I plug my phone in, using the usb cable and charger provided with the phone. The lightning bolt shows indicating is sees the ac charger, however, the battery screen shows "not Charging". I power cycle the phone and it still happens. I turn the phone off, and the battery indicator shows that it is plugged in, but the charge percentage never changes. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Let's give you back the power to power your phone, kwtoman! Thanks to Ann154 for getting the conversation going! While it is always good to use the original charger, have you tested another approved charger? Did this start after installing a new app or update? How long have you had the device?
