My replacement droid turbo 2 wont work with my wireless charger?

I just got a replacement Droid Turbo 2 because my battery in the old phone was defective. The old phone worked with the wireless charges, but the new phone does not. How do I change the settings, or did I get a phone that isn't capable of working with the charger?

There is a not a setting to turn on/off wireless charging. Sounds like it maybe a defective unit.
