Did they cancel your line or start the Transfer of Service (Assumption of Liability) process to transfer the billing responsibility to you?

No supposedly she has my line temporary shut down and I called to get the

line released " she said she's not releasing my line and what really

ulterior me off when. They said the phone can't be

There must be a reason why they suspended the line. Are you supposed to pay for your portion of the line? Until the account is current (paid in full) and the line not suspended and if the account owner is not agreeable you can't transfer the billing responsibility of the line to your name.
