When I first got the phone it was able to hook up to my Windows based PC.... it no longer does.
Can someone help??
What happens when you connect the USB cable? Are you getting an error message, or just not seeing the phone icon? Are you using the cable that came with the phone? Has anything changed on the phone or computer since you were last able to access the phone via the computer? More info. would help us help you.
