I know about the Droid Razr Maxx and, of course, the Galaxy Nexus that was released. But I looking for phones being released for summer. I don't upgrade until July. Even though I heard a rumor that the Galaxy Note might be released by Verizon under the name Galaxy Journal, but I'm afraid it would be Sept-Dec before they release it, if it's true. Anyone knows any solid leads to any summer phones being released?

I don't know about you, but I am due in June, and I plan on either the Nexus or the Razr MAXX, as they would have been out for 6 months or so, and had all the bugs (hopefully) worked out of them.... I depend on my phone, and I do not want to be on the bleeding edge of new phones, I would rather wait until it is a few months or so old.
Look at what happened to people who jumped right on to the original Droid Razr, 2 months later they released the MAXX, and it has the better battery that the Razr lacked, and people are furious....

I know the Droid 4 is expected to release within a few weeks per their release statement at CES. Looks like a good phone and should (taken with a grain of salt) be updated to ICS within the 2nd quarter of the year. The appearance is like a Razr with a slider keyboard.

I purchased the Razr last month. I loved the phone minus the battery life. In order for me to make it thorough the day I had to turn off LTE. It's like driving a Mustang Saleen with a V6 motor. I heard earlier this month Verizon was going to have the Razr Maxx with double battery life. This is the phone I am going to get. I turned my Razr back in on day 29 just so I could get the Razr Maxx when it comes out. Problem is WHEN!!!!! I believe Verizon needs to fire whomever they have operating the advertisement section. They did not advertise the Galaxy Nexus until it launched. Verizon offered press release on thier website that said the Razr Maxx was in the coming weeks, yet employees in the store didn't know what I was talking about when I took the Razr back. Give us a date. Phonescoop shows it to be released this week on Thursday. I hope so because my Droid X is so slow after driving the Razr. Bring back one year contracts also.

According to Motorola and Verizon, 1/26 is the release date, so yes, it should be out this Thursday.
