I have the same issue, has been going on for a year now, since the last big update, which I think was V7. Very frustrating. I have to stop whatever I'm doing, take the call if I actually notice when I'm getting it, then when I'm done, stop and reboot the phone. And you never know how long it's going to keep working right before it goes silent again. Verizon NEEDS to issue a fix for this.
