For once, I'd like to just say that I think this forum is great.

I've been fortunate that my phone has always worked and that even when I didn't know I had an issue, someone else did and I learned to fix it before it became an issue to me.

This forum makes that possible.

So, ... when the ranters rave, and the VZW moderators moderate, just chill for a few minutes and someone like b33 or Smash will come along and try their best to help. Just remember, help can only be as specific as the call for help.

  Im like you as i think the forums are great. Ive gotten some good answers to questions and hope i have given a few good answers myself. Even if you dont have any problems its a good place to come and learn more about your device. I enjoy reading and learning about the awesome technology that goes into these phones. It is amazing that so much can be packed into a cell phone. Certainly come come a long way in not so long of a time. with all these phones can do i understand that sometimes things dont work just right. Thats the case with everything nowadays. So these forums are a great place to help sort them out or just pass the time while learning a little as well.       Jesse

So glad to hear of some who have a positive experience around here.  While it should be understood that this is a place that people come to when they are having problems, it's nice to hear back from some who have enjoyed the experience.
