I’m sad to see that you’ve had any problems with accessing services, scaldwell111310. That said, I’m glad you chose to bring this matter to the Community for help. I’m a Turbo owner as well. I get the sense that you were given a replacement SIM because of service issues. Looks as if the SIM may not have been the problem. Has the Turbo been tested in more than one location? The reason I ask is because just one specific location may be a problem for it to use wireless services.
