Want help with my Motorola Droid Turbo. There is no sound from the phone when making calls - not from the earpiece or from the microphone. have tested it with the Moto Help function and everything is working fine during the hardware test. Please is there somebody who can help me in getting the in-call sound on my phone back??? I do not want to scrap this brilliant reliable and great phone !!!!!! It is definitely a software problem only !!!!
