Not able to get Email set back up since new update

Hey ever since the new update that took the Email app off my phone, I have not being able to set my email back up. I have tried doing it with Gmail and 3rd party apps but no luck. Please help

It was the update that came out in December, my phone did not update until mid Jan

That update should not have removed anything.  It was an update for VoLTE advanced calling.  http://www.verizonwireless.com/dam/support/pdf/system_update/droid-ultra-max-1-14-15.pdf

Are you sure the app was removed and not just removed from your homescreen?  Is it not in the app drawer anymore or perhaps in the disabled list in App Manager under ALL APPS?
