AFAIK no phone cover really works well with wireless charging. The phone must be naked (ouch) to charge effectively.

I have a relatively thin cover on my Droid Maxx & I can make the wireless charger work if I lay the phone on it exactly right.  It is a pain, so I don't bother since I only need to charge the phone every 3 days anyway.
