I have to have my blue tooth on constantly, I have changed my cases, varied on how I hold the phone and nothing helps. I have not had this phone yet for a year and I am getting frustrated and do not have the extra 500 to buy a new one.

That has be hard to have a conversation! Let's see if we can get that working for you again! If I can ask you a few quick questions we might arrive at what's causing that problem and find a working solution for you.
Sounds like this is happening over a bluetooth. Does the problem persist when not connected to the bluetooth? Does the problem persist if you connect the bluetooth to another phone? What make and model phone do you have? You mentioned cases, does the problem go away when you don't have the case on? You said others have trouble hearing you. Do you have any trouble hearing them?
Let me know so we can get you back in action!
Sincerely,
