A rep called me back from Verizon. She? contacted Motorola because they were trying to find a solution. Motorola can redo it for me, with me sending it in to them and paying for the shipping myself. The tier 2 tech rep tried her best to find another solution to this problem. There simply isnt one. Maybe mororola should apply an insert or something stating what can happen with a factory reset. Im sending the phone back to verizon, and thats what motorola told me to do. I think the moto company needs to add an update patch to fix this problem. Its their hardware and softwate verizon is purchasing.
