My husband just got this phone Saturday (08-03-13). About 30 minutes ago the phone froze up. He was able to turn it off but now it will not come back on. Is there something else he should be trying?
Have him a Try Running a Power Cycle on your phone.. Press.! Power + Lower Volume at the Same time to perform the Cycle.. If that does not help the issue then try these two things First one a System Cache Clear see if this improves things if not you may have a 3rd party causing the issue To see Run your Razr in Safe Mode.. if things start to clear with Safe Mode engaged then it's time to remove the 3rd party apps the one you downloaded to the phone remove each app one at a Time till you see the Problem clear..
