I have been a Verizon customer for years. Since switching to the smartphones I have had nothing but problems!! I first had an HTC Thunderbolt and that was junk. The phone was very random on when it would receive phone calls. I would have the phone sitting in the exact same spot and one minute it would receive a call and the next things went straight to voicemail! After going through 4 replacement phones, Verizon finally decided to change the device to the Razor Maxx! I was advised that the battery life would be much better than my extended battery with the Thunderbolt. I have been nothing but pleased with this phone until recently. Once I received the update, my phone now takes 28 hours to charge completely and it goes through the battery in 1 day!! This is ridiculous! Is Verizon looking at doing anything to get this fixed?
