My phone mutes itself not allowing me to hear incoming calls, texts etc. This started after the update to my phone on 3/1.
We want to ensure you have a fully functioning device, KSK65. When this happens are you able to turn the volume back up or do you have to restart the phone to turn the volume back up? Have you recently downloaded any new apps? Does this happen with every call or only certain numbers?
