Has anyone else had constant issues with their Razr HD shutting down everyday? I had mine already restored to factory reset last month(via help with Verizon tech support) and within the past week it has started acting up again. I just bought this phone in May 2013 and really am not keen on getting a refurbished one. I would think I should be entitled to a new one since this one isn't even 6 months old. Any ideas?
My sincere apologies for the issues that are occuring with your device. Having a properly functioning device is indeed extremely important. My apologies that the warranty provided by Motorola would not cover a brand new replacement. Anytime a device is replaced under warranty, the replacement will be a refurbished/like new device of the same make/model.
