I keep getting a message that my Sim Card was recently removed. Asks me to enter email and password. Will not accept password that My Verizon account is set up with. I can power off, reboot and then works fine for a while before doing same thing again. Has happened multiple times.

It's really hit or miss at the stores. I've heard so many unbelievable things said by their 'reps'...I don't go there for any reason. If I can't figure a problem out and can't find forum help somewhere, I call.

B33 is right but you might also check that it's actually locked in and not just sitting in the slot. Open the little door on the left side and use your fingernail to push the card in until it stops then release it, did it pop out? Now do the same again, you will feel some "springiness"it should insert then you'll feel a little click and it should lock completely inserted.
