You should take out the battery... It will reset the phone and should work. Good luck!  Smiley Happy

This phone DOES NOT HAVE A REMOVABLE BATTERY so the other posters suggestion will not work.

Hold down the power button and the down volume key for at least 10 seconds and you phone should restart.
