When I call my number it says there are restrictions on this number

I have a Droid Turbo 2 and when I call my number (from my phone) it connects to my voicemail box and I'm prompted to enter my password.  Do you have voicemail set up?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

I would be concerned if this was happening with my number, we want to be sure we get this corrected Cawestby. When did this first start? Were there any recent changes to your phone?
