This phone is extremely slow. If I'm out and about and want to look up something on Google, it takes 7 or 8 minutes just to get to the page. Frustratingly slow! This is my first smartphone. Are they all like this? Is this Android or is it just this particular phone?

Have you tried rebooting your phone? If that works and then it starts to slow down again, you may have some open apps that are slowing it down.

Both my wife and I are CONSTANTLY frustrated with how damn slow this phone has become. Multiple replacements, system restore,...nothing has worked. We're almost to the point of leaving Verizon and getting new phones (NOT Motorola) somewhere else. It's beyond frustrating.

If I'm out and about and want to, say, look up a phone number for a pizza place, it takes at least 5 to 7 minutes to get from pressing the Google browser to seeing the pizza place's website with the phone number on it. I feel like I'm back in the Windows 95 days.

Yes, I have tried rebooting the phone. I think the phone just has a malfunction with the browser. Everything else runs at a reasonable rate.
