Save button unavailable

The save button is unavailable ( Grayed out) on my Droid Turbo, after I make the changes.

It looks like the password is blank.  Can you add a password and see if that lets you save the settings?

Doesn't make a difference. My changes were made only on the last entries

which are DNS1 and 2. Filled in the password. No matter what you change the

"save" is always grayed out.

After looking at my Moto phone, I see you are trying to setup a wifi SSID with a static IP for a wifi connection.  I originally thought you were setting up the mobile hotspot.  I don't use static ip wifi connection with my phones, so I don't know what is wrong with your situation.  Something has to be filled in or is wrong for it to not let you save the settings.
