Screen won't work...Please help!

I have tried a reboot and have done it but my screen will still not work.

I cannot swipe anything to get into my phone.

Please help!

The capacitive digitizer (it registers your touches) may be bad.  In that case it would have to be replaced.  Not an easy or cheap replacement.  But first I'd try a Cache Clear and if that did not work a Factory Reset (this will delete all of your settings and data).  Both can be done via the buttons on the phone.  This forum and others are full of instructions for "razr factory reset" and "razr cache clear".  Just do a quick search.

Is your phone still under warranty or do you have insurance?

Is your screen black or lighted with icons showing?  Is your phone charged?  Have you tried holding the Volume Down and Power buttons for 10-15 seconds?

It is lite with Icons and totally charged.

I have tried the hold for 10 seconds and it worked but the screen still will not operate after reboot.

Also try to boot into Safe Mode and see if the screen responds.
