Services stopped

I keep getting services stopped messages on my phone. The messages keep popping up so that I cannot use the phone. Any ideas or suggestions on what to do? Thank you.

Oh no! Let's find out what's causing this. When is this happening? When using a certain app? Did this start after an app was downloaded?

Thank you for the response. We ended up taking it to the store and they had to reset to factory settings. It was happening when the phone turned on and it did not allow you to do anything due to the messages. No other apps were downloaded at that time.
