The usual steps to transfer files from the Turbo 2 to a PC don't work. There is no USB menu pop-up.

I have read all of the advice for transfering files from my Turbo 2 to a PC, but none of it works. I know you have to go into developer mode to change ther USB transfer settings, but my windows 10 computers still don't see the phone. Why did Verizon/Motorola make such a basic task so hard?

When you connect the phone and computer with the USB cable, pull down the phone's notification shade. There should be a notification (you may need to scroll down to see it, depending on how many notifications you have open) labeled USB for Charging. When you tap it, change it to File Transfer. Are you not seeing the USB notification at all?
