I'm new to this forum. So are you're saying I cannot ask the same question in a new post or I can not just copy and paste into a new question?
You can see I really need some help and would have "asked" a "question" if I knew that's what I had to do to get an answer. I wonder if a moderator could change the status of this post to a "question" instead of starting over?
No wonder I wasn't getting any response from a Verizon rep. I was beginning to think they were avoiding a very good paying customer. Thank you for pointing out my mistake
