***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Regarding my phone constantly rebooting or freezing up occasionally, I have already had my phone replaced a couple of times, safe mode reboots, factory resets, troubleshooting on the phone and in stores, etc....

I'm sick and tired of this phone! It's by far one of the worst functioning phones I've owned.

Who do I need to speak with to sort out an option for a different phone?
