Updated to Jelly Bean, Account Sync disappeared, how do you turn sync on?

I updated my phone to Jelly Bean and now the account sync function disappeared and I can't find where to turn sync function back on? Anyone else have this problem and locate where to access this function?

Have you tried a factory reset? That fixes most OTA issues.
