Verizon Greeting

I just up graded to the Maxx. Verizon was very nice and sent an email with a link to get to know my new phone.  The problem is, the link takes me my old phone which was replaced by the Maxx.  When I attempt to change devices, the Droid Maxx page, "Is Not Available". I am not even able to switch from my old Motorola to my new Maxx.  I guess I won't be getting to know my new phone after all.
