Voice command stops working

Droid Razr Maxx w/ ICS

ICS update caused apps to disappear on bottom short cut bar when powered off.  You put it back, shut it off and POOFF, gone again.  Store said to factory reset.  Did that and after the third try, it worked. ( but what a complete pain.)

Now after a few hours or a day or two ( it's random ) when you press the mag glass on bottom right or mic on text etc. and speak it just searches for minutes and finally times out. 

As soon as you re-start the phone (power off, then power on ) it works again with no problems.

I was affraid I will have to factory reset again, but I checked my wifes phone ( Razr but not Maxx ) and it is doing the exact same thing, but did not ever have the shortcut bar problem.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Good morning! I apologize for the hiccups in updating the Razr to Android 4.0. After researching, I found no reported voice command concerns from users. Please keep me posted if this continues to be an issue for you after the hard reset.
