The only legal ways (and do not discuss or try to discuss non-legal methods) to watch NFL games in the US is through the NFL app on Verizon and it is $5 a month to watch. And it is limited on the live games on Thursday, Sunday night and Monday night. Otherwise, you will get RedZone highlights.
OR
through Direct TV NFL Sunday Ticket. And again, you will have to pay for that but it gives you access to live games.
I have Direct TV, and get the NFL Channel, why would I have to have the Sunday ticket? When you go to Verizon, Direct is not one of the options.

What exactly are you asking then?
The NFL app on Verizon only shows those live games as I indicated above. AND you have to pay for that service.
The NFL Network does not show live games outside the ones that they directly broadcast.
