Patience.... It is out to the "Soak" test users, to make sure it is stable and ok for general release.. If everything goes ok with that, we "should" expect it around Tuesday or so. Also, it will be rolled out in waves, some will get it sooner than others.

I hear you... I have been waiting and waiting and still nothing. I have friends who have much cheaper phones on other carriers and they have 4.0... this is crap.
They're already announcing Jelly Bean and we haven't even gotten ICS...
You could look at it another way also.. At least we are getting ICS now, there are other handsets out there that still do not know if they will ever get ICS, let alone JB.
