I want my phone replaced with one that actually works. I went through support twice already and it doesn't work. If you are not going to replace it then I am going to change providers and sue you for the cost of the phone that won't let anyone hear me.

Rather than jumping right to the sue word, can you give us more useful information.
What phone?
Did it ever work?
How long ago did you buy it?
Did you take it back within 14 days for return?
Is it still under 1 year warranty?
Have you only done phone support or have you gone into a Verizon corporate store?

Can YOU hear Ok, but the person on the other end is not hearing you? If so, this may be an "Advanced Calling/VOLTE" issue. Try turning it OFF & see if it fixes the problem.
I have to turn off the feature when at work because others have trouble hearing me at times.

We want to do all that we can to ensure that you are able to enjoy your wireless service on your device jb940661. What model device do you have? What zip code are you in? If you can provide the details to these questions along with the details of the questions that Weth asked then we can assist.

Do you have any idea how many phone models have "Droid" in their name? For all we know is you are referring to the Motorola Droid phone that was released in the latter part of 2009!
What is your specific phone model name?
