I just got 2 of these, 2 days apart. My daughter reported that hers was locked up on the 2nd day she had it. I did a soft reboot and it worked, but yesterday I got home to find out that it would not charge or turn on. Of course, it occurred right after the 14 day period.
Welcome to the now return the phone to the store and see if they can fix it, if not they will order you a refurbished razr which may or may not be better or worse than what you are going through. A shame really!
I know you said you did a soft reset already. http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=50092 There is also a hard reset. http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=49625 Sometimes if you try a different charge cable (from the other phone) it may charge or charge enough to do or try a hard reset. You can also call Motorola from their web page http://www.motorola.com under support or support forums. Good Luck
