My turbo is only 4mo old and now my WiFi won't work. I go into settings and it won't let me turn WiFi on. I try to swipe it to "on" but it keeps switching to "off". Airplane mode is off and I haven't changed any settings? Not happy with it.

This is an odd situation and certainly one that we don’t want you to be concerned with. Let’s jump all over this & get you connected with your wifi. What software version is your phone currently on? http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-117844/ Did this start after processing anything in particular on your phone?
