Man, I don't think I am willing to do that. It is saying it will delete my

downloaded apps and other things that I do not want deleted. Talking about

doing the factory reset

I want to send you screen shots of the steps and no it will not erase anything but passwords in the apps and WiFi connection passwords, as well as Bluetooth
