I am trying to downoad photos from my Droid Turbo phone but this time the PC doesnt recodnize the phone, instead it just says "CD Drive (E: Installer." Usually this goes away after a few seconds and I can open the phone files...but not this time. I have used the USB debugger in the Dev menu...nothing. The phoen DOES say that is is connected as a media device, as it should. What is going on and how can I fix this???
