In the last 48 hrs I have had at least 6 occurrences of multiple error msgs with black screen. "Unfortunately, Google Playstore not available... home...not available...android.process not available." Yesterday I turned phone off and back on and it resumed working. About an hour ago I tried to turn phone off and it got stuck in the lightening screen. After 15 minutes I held down power and volume buttons. Phone appeared to power off, then logo came back on and is stuck. Can't get past the frozen logo. Any suggestions?

Were you doing anything in particular when this problem began on your Motorola Droid Maxx device? Did you recently update your device software or installed any new applications when this problem began? Was the battery fully charged when this happened?
