I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this delay as well! Thank you for attempting the steps we provided. Was there any change in your experience after powering the device off and back on temporarily or did the delay come back right away?

I definitely want you to have the best experience on your new Turbo! Let's fix this disappointment right away. Does this delay happen right away after powering the phone off and back on or does it take a little bit, maybe after some applications are running already? Does Safe Mode improve your experience at all? http://vz.to/1vUnjaT

I want you to be able to use your phone smoothly rsmith27! I appreciate the steps you have taken so far. Can you check to see if you have the updated http://vz.to/1zanroz software? Where does it usually lag or freeze? I would recommend backing up all your information http://vz.to/1J7RvbF I would also wipe the cache partition http://vz.to/1zanOPW on the droid. This would not remove or delete any personal information but will clear up anything slowing your phone down. Please share details on results.

Customer Support: You guys are just doing your job!
Restart the phone
Remove the sim card
Turn HD Calling off/on
Safe mode
Clear cache
Unfortunately you are also simply the band aid Verizon is trying to use to keep everyone 'happy' until they can release a fix to the buggy software they just released called HD Calling. This problem will not go away with the current software configuration. I appreciate your commitment to doing everything you have access to do to help us out. I know that you know too that a strong network alone does not make a great company.
Please pass this note along to all of your supervisors and regional managers! They should know that you are doing what you can to maintain the moral of Verizon customers while a patch is being worked on.
Thank you!

Thanks for trying to help

Check for a new software update on your Turbos. There was an update released to some yesterday and today that fixes this issue. I got it today and the audio delay issue is gone.
