could not get phone to do an update

Tried to perform the software update 23.31.24.en.us and it said download failed what do I do?

Me too!  Part 1 of the 2-part update to Android 6.0 failed to download. However, when I check for system updates it tells me my system is up to date. But, IT'S NOT...I still have system version 23.31.23.kinzie_verizon.verizon.en.US! I don't know what to do now.
