It's important to me that all of your features on your device are working properly!  Let's figure this out together.


Is this problem happening on your Motorola Droid Turbo?  Are these pictures you've taken with your device camera?  What steps do you take on your device to access your pictures?  Try powering your device off and back, then retest.  Please keep me posted so that I can further assist.
