*Verizon store said they are powerless
**and I would still like to know how to escalate my multiple issues with these phones.

Having a working phone is definitely vital, I know that my phone is my lifeline. It is never fun when a phone breaks or experiences a warranty defect. I absolutely want to be sure that we address all of your concerns. What problems are you having with your device currently? When did these issues begin? I am eager to turn this situation around.
