droid razr maxx hd - was fully charged. when button unplugged it turned off and couldn't turn it back on. Performed soft reset with pwr button and volume. now stuck on droid red eye. Next step?
I hope your phone has returned to the start screen by now, esw64. What happens if you plug it back in? Do you remember downloading any new applications or updates before this happened? If possible, try using your power button to turn the phone off and then follow the steps at http://vz.to/rxg0ii to put your phone into Safe Mode.
