emails stuck in outbox

I just discovered that my droid turbo holds all sent and forwarded emails in the outbox.  I have followed the entire troubleshooting directions, removed and reinstalled the account and I still am only able to reply to emails, not initiate them.  All the settings are correct.  how can I fix this?

What is the email domain name for your account?

So delete them.  Then change settings to kee sent mail for a limited time.

It is frustrating with not being able to send out stuck emails in your outbox, Eliwish11. I'll help you with getting those emails unstuck and sent off.  Let’s make sure your mobile/cellular data is working. Is your Wi-Fi turned off? Are you able to browse the internet?
