I was trying to find a place to post a great customer experience and found this. I spent an hour trying to get around the automated chat feature and talk to a real person about a technical issue. I finally got in touch with a "WillMary" and she 1st of all talked me off the ledge of changing providers and 2nd fixed my issue! She knew her stuff and troubleshot as i would in my network engineering line of work. She should be some where else doing bigger things with her skills. If any one can get this to verizon wireless i would appreciate it
