horrible connectivity

My advanced calling is off (not sure why it should be if I need to use it)

I replaced my Sim at the store.

Switched from global to LTE.

Switched from LTE to global

Removed Sim card for 15 mins

I have no change in my connectivity or phone call clarity. Inside and outside of home within a 5 mile radius. 49442

I put in a ticket with tech support but I have limited hope that it will be corrected.

I just got the service on 6 phones last Sunday. I need a resolution.

What type of signal are you getting?  1x, 3G, LTE?  Did you have good service before?  Are you a new customer?  Are all the phones acting the same?

Yes we are new customers. 2 droid turbos and 1 HTC m8 at my house, the

other 3 are at a different location. Not stellar connection there but not

experiencing the same as we are on the two turbos with call quality. All 3

phones at my location have horrible connection at the house and outside

within a few miles.

Range from 1x to a couple bars on 3g and if I go about a half mile up the

road I can get 1-2 bars of 4g

Sounds like a location issue.  The coverage maps are an estimate and only for outdoor reference.  Indoor coverage is not guaranteed.  Perhaps you are in a location with many obstacles or other factors.  Are you within the 14 day return period and is there a carrier with better coverage available?  I know you probably want to keep all lines on the same carrier and a network extender may help you at home and keep all the phones on the same bill.  You can have a network tech come out to the area to measure signal or give Verizon a call to discuss any other option you may have, like the extender if you also have high speed internet access at home.

Thanks for the info, I am aware of all of that. I am going to get an

extender but that only helps me at home. I need to make work calls outside

of my home without drops or sounding like they are under water.

Flat Geo with trees mostly. No hills or valleys.

I know they cannot guarantee coverage in the home but outside the home they

say I'm in a good area. I am within the 14 day window but do not want to

worry about restocking fees and all the other mumbo jumbo that comes with

it unless it is absolutely necessary.

You will have to make that decision promptly,  and a restocking fee is much cheaper as there is no need to pay for service you cannot use.  For a less biased angle, start here:  RootMetrics Coverage Map

Thank you for that I will check into it.
