Were here to help out with the sound issues, lizard1701! With regards to audio, is it present if you use headphones? Have you had a chance to review the sound settings under Settings > Sound > and re-configured the sound settings for some of these services?
If this does not help, hold down the power and volume down keys simultaneously, until it it shuts off. If audio does not come back after this, try safe mode. This can let us know if there is a rogue app causing this.
