My hotspot don't work it states It keeps kicking off.. and posting a red circle with a exclamation mark. I called Verizon wireless and I had to do a hard reset losing some numbers. It worked for a moment then cut off again. What can I do next. I am under the unlimited hotspot and internet usage. This happened after I did the update they had for my phone.
I want you to continue to enjoy your handset even after the update jyc7636! A new OS should not hinder the performance of your device. Are you using our official mobile hotspot application? Do you have difficulties connecting to your browser or using other apps when not on hotspot? My best recommendation is to test the device in safe mode for a few hours to rule out app conflict with the new OS. http://tiny.cc/efz2ww
